The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is extending its Amazing Countdown Party to Chiang Mai this year, making it one of the biggest celebrations in northern Thailand.
The festivities, headlined by Thai-born K-pop star BamBam 뱀뱀 of GOT7 on 31 December 2024, will begin on 21 December 2024 at Royal Park Rajapruek. The event will showcase a series of concerts and performances by popular Thai artists, including actor Por Unnop ปอ อรรณพ, T-pop bands Slapkiss สแล็ปคิสส์ and ETC. อีทีซี, and Songkarn Rangsan สงกรานต์ รังสรรค์, winner of The Voice Thailand, leading up to the New Year.

The countdown party will run for three days, starting the evening of 29 December 2024.
