Wan Lai Festival (Pattaya)
After enjoying the Songkran festivities in Bangkok during the national holidays, consider heading to Pattaya the following Friday and Saturday to continue the celebrations at the unique Wan Lai Festival.
This year, the celebration will span two days, with the first day taking place at Lan Pho Naklua Public Park and the second at Wat Chai Mongkhon Buddhist Temple.
The festival will feature a mix of religious activities such as Buddhist prayers, almsgiving, and Buddha bathing rituals, as well as cultural events including a floral parade, cultural performances, a retro dance show, a sand pagoda building activity, and more.
