Garmin Run 2026 (Ayutthaya, Thailand)

Garmin Run 2026 Thailand, the last Southeast Asian stop of the Garmin Run Asia Series, is heading north to Ayutthaya this year. The race will flag off from the Ayutthaya Tourist Center on 6 December 2026.

Beginning in the early morning, the event will feature three race categories: a 21.1km Half Marathon, a 10km Mini Marathon and a 5km Fun Run. Runners from across Thailand and the region are invited to join this exciting regional running movement and experience a memorable race through the ancient capital of Siam.

Participants will enjoy a unique route that winds past Ayutthaya’s iconic Buddhist ruins, historic temples, and UNESCO-listed heritage landmarks, combining the thrill of running with the rich cultural heritage of one of Thailand’s most treasured destinations.

Event Schedule

• 3:00am – Event venue opens and baggage deposit service begins
• 3:45am – Introduction of Garmin Pacers
• 4:00am – Warm-up session for the Half Marathon (21.1km)
• 4:15am – Half Marathon (21.1km) runners assemble at the starting area
• 4:30am – 21.1km Half Marathon starts
• 4:45am – 10km runners assemble at the starting area
• 5:00am – 10km race starts
• 5:10am – 5km runners assemble at the starting area
• 5:15am – 5km race starts
• 6:00am – Post-race food, beverages and fruit service begins
• 6:30am – Awards ceremony for Overall category winners
• 6:45am – 5km race cut-off time
• 7:30am – 10km race cut-off time
• 8:00am – 21.1km Half Marathon cut-off time
• 9:30am – Event ends

• Registration opens on 30 April 2026 (Thursday), 10:00am and closes on 1 October 2026 (Thursday), 11.59pm.
• Early Bird rates are available until 3 June 2026 (Wednesday) or until all allocated slots are filled, whichever comes first.
